Igniting The Flame Within
The essence of life and love is the flame within.
When I was given the name of Igniting the Flame Within in 1995 and even previously before that igniting the flame came into my mediations, I had no idea how it would develop and expand. For some time now I have been introducing a meditation into the opening of my courses which opens the heart and ignites the flame within all our hearts and as our flames have grown they have merged into each others so that we were all of one heart.
It is now time in our evolution to work with this flame in our hearts and to make it as big as we possibly can so that we can spread this light wherever we go. and in this way we are opening others to the divine within just as we are merging with the divine within us.
It is also time to know that there is only one of us and as we do to others we do to ourselves so instead of looking at our trails and tribulations from the human aspect it is time to lift ourselves up and see from the divine within our heart. It is from this perspective that our flame envelops us with the love of GOD and is seeded in our sacred heart.
The Meditation
Settle yourself to be comfortable and begin by taking three deep slow breaths allow yourself to let go of any tension your body is holding and after the first three breaths and you begin to breath in your normal pattern you feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed with every breath you take.
Taking your consciousness to your heart area begin to see a small flame glowing there. As you concentrate on it, it begins to grow until it is filling the whole of your heart. Watch this flame as it starts to spread throughout the whole of your body until your whole body is filled with its divine brightness and then it begins to spread outside your body filling your auric space. The whole of your aura is now filled with the divine flame from within your heart.
GOD is within you and surrounding you. Your GOD light is now visible for all to see and be attracted to so that you can also ignite their flame from your brightness.
As you do this meditation/visualisation each day you will be conscious of a great expansion within you and that you are protected and guided from the GOD within so that your life takes on a different feel you have merged Soul with Spirit.
With this expansion of consciousness it is important to make sure you are well grounded so that you can begin to incorporate this new level of awareness into your day to day activities. Bless your day with GOD'S love and know that you are one with the GOD beyond GOD.
