The Aura, Our Coat of Colours 

Everything that exists, be it human beings, animals, plants or stones are surrounded by its own radiation’s. All things that grow have a naturally produced Aura or energy field that is part of their ‘being’. Inanimate objects (walls, chairs, tables) etc. all things that are not alive, absorb vibration from their surroundings and can therefore appear to have an Aura but this is vastly different from the Human Aura. You may walk into a room and feel sad or happy. This is because the walls have absorbed the feelings of the previous occupants of that room.

The aura is also known  sometimes as the Human Energy field and can be seen like a heat haze around us. Our auric field is a vibrating light that displays the Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual states of our every thought, word and deed.

Sensitive people are aware and and can see or feel the aura and others are not so sensitive but can feel perhaps a little uncomfortable when someone stands too close or comes into their auric bubble. Great artist have been aware of this aura around people and have depicted this is their works of art by painting the halo around the heads of their saintly subjects.

The auric field of energy interweaves and combines with the physical body to make up the whole of what we actually are. You can imagine the Aura as blobs of colour, all floating around, one day it may be mainly yellow, another day it may be blue or pink, it depends on the situation with that being at that time and which is affected by the Energy Centres (Chakras). Your Aura is a combination of all the seven levels and/or planes on which we live.

The perfect shape of the Aura is an oval evenly spaced around the physical body. Most people have no idea what shape their Aura is in. Whether their radiations are bigger at the front or at the back below or above them.

Some people’s aura is very brilliant , extending its various colours and vibrations to great distances. Others are very small and lustreless, with dirty blurred colours. We have to remember it is us who is entirely responsible for the colours we radiate, so being as pure as possible in thought, word and deed will ensure we radiate beautiful radiations of colours.

The Buddha was said to have an Aura of 7 Miles.

The Aura can be compared in some way to the skin of our physical bodies.

Our physical Skin serves several important purposes it protects like a sheid or a suit of armour against blows, sudden changes in temperature and so on. It is an organ for exchange, it breathes in and out, absorbing certain element and eliminating others. It is a sense organ which enables us to experience sensations of heat and cold, contact with other bodies, pain and so on.

The aura  can be said to have  exactly the same functions as the skin.  It is the Skin of the Soul which it surrounds and protects us. When you met a stranger your Aura's touches before you do and you are aware of Likes and Dislikes. it is a sense organ and a vibrational Protector, it allows you to sense things before you actually feel them.

The Aura is your connection to other human souls, other creatures of the universe, the stars in the heavens and the Supreme Universal Soul - God.

Human Energy Field and Kirlian Photography

Orthodox medicine works directly on the physical body and mind and tends to be more acceptable to the public because it has been research and proved, but much research has gone into spiritual healing and the Human Energy Field with some amazing results. 

Early this century two Russian scientist Mr Sennyon and Mrs Valentina Kirlian researched the Human Energy Field and found a way of producing a photograph of this energy.

The technique is carried out using a high voltage generator using a photographic film. This took a photo of not only the physical outline but also the finer electrical radiations.

The techniques is commonly known today as Kirlain Photography.

Pictures of leaves were taken and showed the energy field surrounding it. When the leaf was cut and another photo taken the energy field was still there. Other research in the 1970’s by one of the world’s experts on crystals, William .A. Tiller, at Stanford university, led to speculation that,

"The radiation or energy coming out of a leaf or a human finger tip actually might be coming from whatever is present Prior to the Formation of Solid Matter"

What they seem to be suggesting here is that,  the energy field exists before the formation of the physical body.

The phenomenon that supports this idea is the Phantom Limb Effect. This is where a part of the human body even when it has been amputated can still be felt. People still feel the parts which are missing and some complain of the pain and irritation still felt. This is usually explained away as the nerve endings.

Kirlain Photography has shown that the energy field still radiates from these parts.

Kirlain photography has also shown that there is a white light emanation in the human form which comes from just behind the Heart Chakra.

Have they proved that our Spirit actually lives just behind our Heart? The hidden ancient wisdom knew this was the place of the spirit but teachings misled us to believe the spirit was the mind!

When your Aura is clear children and animals will want to be near you, nature will respond to you. A big open Aura is the equivalent of someone standing with arms open ready to receive you.

When you feel comfortable with yourself you will feel comfortable with others.

Learn to trust your sensitivity, allow yourself to listen to your sensitivity and be sensitive to others when you enter their intimate space.

Exercises for the Aura

Seeing Another's Aura

This is best done in natural light, but if this is not possible make sure the lights are not too bright and there is no shadow being cast.

Stand the subject, (this does not have to be a person, you can start off with a plant), about 18 inches in front of a plain white or light coloured background.

Make sure if the subject is a person, they are relaxed and breathing easily and steadily.  As they begin the raise their consciousness, allow your eyes to go out of focus and look PAST their head and shoulder area and focus on the wall behind them.

As you stare past their outline you will begin to see a white haze around their head and shoulders try at this stage not to allow the eyes to come back into focus and look at the person,  if you do start again. This is where you need to train your eyes not to revert back into normal sight.

Once you have learnt to master and maintain the gaze beyond the person you will begin to see colours around their head and shoulders.  You may see white light shapes behind them or  begin to see the higher bodies and their colours.

After practicing for some time most people will see the colours but not always so don't feel you are failing in any way because you will most probably be able to sense the aura in others ways, smell, feel, touch etc. 

Aura Sensing

You have now built up a picture of the total energy field which surrounds your partner. As you do the exercise, you might pick up colours, an unusual shape to the energy field or variations in temperature. These are all part of your interpretation of your partner’s energy field. See if your partner can relate to your findings.

2000 YEAR OLD ESSENNE BREATH OR THE CLEANSING BREATH

Exercise to Strengthen, Cleanse and Purify  the Aura 

The Essene breath consists of 14 breaths. 7 up the back and down the front. 7 up the right side and down the left side. 

Remember the aura is oval  and is evenly shaped around your physical body so each breath you are going to make an oval shape around the body the same distance from the body all the way round.

Starting close to the body, imagine the colour Red and breath up the back of the body from your feet to the top of your head - Pause - Take the colour over the top of your head and breath out down the front of the body sweeping under the feet. 

Moving the oval slightly out imagine orange and breath up the back - pause - breath out down the front. Each time move further out and continue breathing up the back and breathing out down the front using all the colours, yellow, green, sky blue, indigo and lavender

When you have finished the first 7 breaths  imagine red close to the body and breath in up the right hand side  to the top of the head, pause, breath out down the left hand side of the body taking the colour under the feet.

Move the oval of colour further out and continue to breath up the right hand side and breath out down the left hand side using all the colours,  orange. yellow, green, sky blue, indigo and lavender.  You can finish off with the golden/white light.

This exercise will strengthen and purify the aura.  It is useful to do this every morning and before retiring at night.
