For over 30 years Daphne has consciously been following a  spiritual path, and her search for the truth  led her to study with leading spiritual teachers both Western and Eastern of all faiths and traditions. Her childhood gift of a deep sense of knowing and a highly developed intuition,  combined with the guidance she receives from the spiritual planes, enables Daphne to guide others to find their divinity and facets of their own truth.

 Daphne was ordained into a life of love and service by the Universal Brotherhood Movement and awarded a Degree of Batchelor of Divinity on the 3rd March 2003. (03.03.03) Although Daphne does not use the title of Reverend this step was taken as an outward sign of her inward journey and her dedication to God and the spiritual pathway.  Igniting The Flame Within has been the key to her teachings where all religions and beliefs can come together in understanding and love.  There is no judgement in love, it is acceptance in its purest form. This is the power behind Daphne's teachings.

She has been working with groups and one to one for many years and to this work brings a  sense of humour along with the ability of unconditional love for all. As she shares her knowledge and wealth of wisdom with you, there is an expansion within your heart which begins to open you to your full potential.

Daphne say's, "It has been such a privilege to share and help others feel safe as they face their demons. As I have travelled the world my one aim is to spread the power of love and allow the light of God to help others open their hearts to the understanding that there is no you and me, we are all one, there is no distance between us, we are all one, there is no, where my body starts and your body ends, we are all one. With this understanding I have been honoured to see many hearts open to the power of love. To all  those whom it has been my pleasure to teach and help, thank you for the gift of love you have given me."

Daphne has temporary retired from teaching, and is living in rural France, where she still holds an occasional workshop in her home and also and the UK.  She waits in faith and trust for the next stage of her life adventure to unfold.

In 1995 seven days after being made redundant from my very well paid job, I found myself at an ashram in Southern India, wondering where my new career was going to take me. I was sitting in meditation, and I must admit the question in my mind was where next. During this meditation I was given the name of ‘Igniting the Flame Within‘. At first I did not understand what was being given but gradually more words began to form and "The essence of life and love is the flame within, ignite your flame and transform your life", popped into my mind.

On my return to England I went to the local printers with my drawing of the logo and layout for a brochure and asked if they could help with the art work. I explained what I wanted and how I saw the logo and what it was to mean. I expected to be greeted with a blank stare but, by the grace of GOD they knew of an artist who had a couple of days before returned from India and would know exactly what was needed! The finished article is as you see it. Like any baby there is much growing to do, and since 1995 ‘Igniting the Flame Within’ is  unfolding and growing stronger as more and more people from all faiths and traditions join our spiritual quest.
